The Invisible Hand (2017)

Bucharest Detective Gregor Anglel's partner is killed by an assassin wearing a Reagan mask. Angst-ridden Gregor is driven to avenge his death, as any good Communist would. His Captain partners him with a new partner Detective Joseph Bachiu. Together they seek the decadent westerners behind this dastardly attack.
